So excited to share this Sunstone Winery styled wedding shoot from last week! It was planned by Weddings by Susan Dunne and it was insanely GORGEOUS!

I took a 2-hour drive from LA up to Santa Ynez, just passed Ojai, CA. It was a very hot and sunny afternoon but none of that mattered since I had already had my coffee, was too stoked about shooting beautiful stuff all day, and was handed a glass of champagne upon arrival. Score! I knew it was going to be a good day.

After a few hours of shooting, there was a nearby fire with its smoke beginning to roll in. It also made the lighting look like a 5-hour long magic hour as it casted bright orange highlights over everything…partially awesome, partially a nightmare since it made some things hazy and difficult to edit. This is California, and lately, wildfires are a part of our lives, sadly.
