Another anniversary session in Seoul, South Korea! I LOVE South Korea! And I LOVE these two! It was so good to be back in Seoul. This time around, I brought my guy with me so he could experience the insanely cool city that is known as “Asia’s best-kept secret”.

Jenikah and Matt have now been married for 7 years! I shot their wedding celebration in 2012 and anytime I’m in Korea or they’re back in SoCal, we ALWAYS plan a shoot. I have to admit, I prefer shooting literally anywhere in Seoul than anywhere in LA or OC! We shot their session in the Eunpyeong Village in the city, which is nestled right below the beautiful green mountains.

This city is a bustling metropolis, equal parts historic and futuristic that only seems to come even more awake at night, made up of endless mazes of small, old alleyways of hidden cafes, bars, and food vendors, but also bordered by hills and green scenes that make you feel like you’re in a 3D painting after walking just a few blocks away from the buzzing streets. After the sun goes down, you feel like you’re on the set of Blade Runner.
