Blair & Jack’s sunny summer wedding at 1909 in Topanga Canyon was one for the books! I especially had a great time meeting them during their engagement shoot. I got to learn how hilarious Blair is, and how she and Jack share genuine love & chemistry! The sense of humor that girl has is priceless. Here’s an example:

On Instagram, I saw a post Style Me Pretty posted with a photo of an invitation suite with freshly-cut lemons and just laughed at it and exclaimed, “Beautiful, but who has time for that on a wedding day during the detail prep shots?!” I arrived at her bridal suite and started collecting all her wedding prep details, which she had all compiled into one box – BECAUSE SHE READ HER BRIDE GUIDE!!! – and quietly included lemons. HAHA! I love you, girl. That was awesome. And it definitely made for great invitation suite detail shots. 🍋 Fresh lemons!!! I knew we were off to a great day.
