A sunny Santa Monica Beach picnic proposal for a couple was a success. With the help of Lilac and Linen, who specialize in pop-up picnics and events, the proposal took place in the sand by the water with a picnic table set up for two, complete with a chilled bottle of Veuve Clicquot, and custom-made booklets of the menu as a photo album from the restaurant they went to on their first date.
